Jennifer A. Bottomley, brings a unique perspective to the firm as she has worked her way through the legal field during the past decade. Jennifer began working at a criminal defense firm as an intern while studying at The University of Alabama in 2011. After graduating from Alabama, magna cum laude, in 2012, Jennifer took a year off to work as a runner/receptionist at a large civil litigation firm in Huntsville.

Jennifer enrolled in Cumberland School of Law, at Samford University in 2013. While in law school Jennifer continued to work in different areas of the law, including the Federal Public Defender’s office and clerking for the Hon. Jennifer Howell in Morgan County, Alabama. Jennifer was active in trial competitions in law school and was awarded Scholar of Merit in Alabama Legislature and Politics.

After graduating and passing the bar in 2016, Jennifer accepted the position as the Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Chris M. Comer in Madison County. Jennifer was able to assist on cases ranging from uncontested divorces to capital murder death penalty. In 2018, Jennifer joined a local civil defense firm where her practice included the defense of individuals and businesses in personal injury and construction cases.

Jennifer joined Tyler Mann Injury Law in January of 2021. She is eager to transition the skills she learned as a defense attorney to help those who have been injured.
